The Mighty Eagle soars on July 4 2009
In honor of the Fourth of July, Rj55 is releasing this beautiful photo of the mighty U.S. Eagle taken from the Great Seal of the United States. When you look closely at the art work, you will notice that the surface appears "spongy". I thought that it might be some sort of tapestry or maybe a woven carpet. I was surprised to find out that the photo was actually taken from the back of a Dollar Bill. To fully appreciate this beautiful piece of photography/artwork, you have to see the high resolution version of the Dollar Eagle, which you can use for wallpaper on the background of your computer screen.
