Here's a video that shows the painful reality of filling up the tank of your car or truck. In the video you can see the dollar display moves much faster than the gallons display. There was a time back in the day, when the two displays moved about the same speed. The final price of fuel stops at an even $65.00 because the guy pumping the gas has a knack for stopping the pump at even numbers.

$65??? That's a bargin!!! I have a 40 gallon tank and diesel is $4.15/gal, so my gas pump reads $166 when I'm done pumping. I drive a big luxury, heavy duty, 4x4 pickup truck for daily transportation, because it makes me look tough with the boys and sexy with the ladies, but it makes me cry at the pump!!!
i don't care about the price of gas!!! i drive a bike to work!!!
